This is a library of classes all gathered from the archives to give you a host of sessions to choose from over the next two months. Access to the classes will cost £25 and will mean you can do the classes as many times as you would like between now and mid March. The sessions include nine different hour long sessions which cvoer all bases and , depdning on how you are feeling, will mean you can pick what best suits on any given day. There are also three shorter sessions ( 45 minutes and 30 minutes) for the days when you have less time but would still like to move. For access BOOK HERE. This is a class that focuses on the feeling of gratitude and works, via asana and breathwork, to access and grow the feeling within. Perfect for days you are feeling a little low or lacking in motivation. A strong but steady class that is focussed on our connection to the earth. Perfect for times when you are feeling untethered or overwhelmed. A strong and fiery class focussed on the core of the body and the energy we might cultivate from within. Perfect for when you feel you need a physical and mental pick me up. This class is designed to cultivate a presence of mind so that we can better choose where we dedicate our attention. A soft and soulful but steady class . Emotions can often feel as though they are entagled in the heart space. This is a strong but steady practice designed to cultivate a sesne of spaciousness in body and mind, and in turn the heart space. Perfect for when you are feeling a strong emotion or overhwhelmed. Or just the need for more space in both body and mind. The yoga mat can be a microcosm of the bigger macroscosm of life. One of the purposes of yoga is to help cultivate the qualities of steadiness and ease. This practice is dedciated to finding that balance on the mat so that it comes more easily when we are off it. The hips are said to be the emotional drawer of the body. This practice is focussed on opening and releasing the hips in particular, and is especially good for when you feel you need a clear out. As we all know, there is an intimate link between body and mind, and this class is designed to strengthen one via the other. A challenging but also grounding class, designed to cultivate inner and outer strength. There is no yoga without breath, no breath without yoga. This practice is focussed on asana that expands and inflates the lung space, and breathwork to match. Perfect when you have been feeling congested or feel like you are carrying any emotion. A practice that has a bit of everything. Designed to do first thing in the day. An anytime and anywhere practice. For when you have less time but still want to move. Another shorter practice when you are more time poor but still want to begin your day with a positive and soulful flow.
