PRICES FOR CLASSES
The hall ( and a host of other things I use for the classes) have all raised their
prices this year. I am conscious though that everyone is facing rising costs across
the board, so am going to endeavour to keep my prices the same through to the
spring at the very least.
Zoom Class and Recording £10 a session
In Person Class £12 if you sign up for a half term, £15 drop in ( priority is given to those who sign up)
Private sessions £100 per hour plus travel.
Pay on registration or before the class.
Recordings can not be sent out without prior payment.

I am away visiting family in Australia and then teaching in India for January so classes will only resume in earnest in February this year.But in order to begin the year with yoga as a priority I am offering up a library of classes for you to use. For £50 you are welcome to ulimited use of the sessions over the whjole month. One offs sessions are £6 ( or £2 for students) and payment is via the honesty box at the start or end of the library.

A yoga flow which pays particular attention to the legs, their ability to ground us and the strength and confidence that comes from standing poses. Perfect for stepping resolutely into the year and energising if you are feeling sluggish.

Our hips are where we hold both our emotions and our creativity. This is a hip focussed and flowing practice to release in the whole pelvic area and offer more freedom in body and mind.

Life is so often better lived from the heart rtaher than wholly from the head. this prcatice uncovers what exists already, in a ll of us- an open and gentle heart space that is both tender and compassionate. A practice for any time, but especially if you are feeling closed off or a little tender.

The spine is the central motif of the body; intergal to our skeleton and to the energy map of our bodies. Maintaingin a soft and supple spine is a key to our meotional and physical health and well being and should be a regular focus.

our shoudlers are a magnet for tension. Releasing the shoulders helps to siften the nervous system, release whatever we are carrying and provide space in the upper body for breathing. This was one of the most popular sessions of last term, and combined with grousning sessions will help the body come into balance.

The hands are an extension of our heartspace and a key to our development; both indic=vidually and as a species. Often ignored but integral to the way in which we express ourselves this flow focusses on the grace and beauty of the hands within a yoga practice.

The voice is a powerful tool for healing of heart and mind. It is no coinicdnece that mnatra and chanting are an inherent part of yoga practice, and this practice weaves the voice throughout as well as pays attention to the throat and voice area.
